How do I change my Geotab password?

Below are the steps which will guide you through resetting your password.



To reset your password please:
  1. Visit this link (https://my.geotab.com/resetPassword.html)
  2. Enter your email address, the database (your database name) and then click "Ok". 
  3. After you do this a message will be sent to your email address with a link for you to reset your password.
  4. You can then log into the system by going to the following link (my.geotab.com/) and enter your credentials.

You may also:
  1. Go to my.geotab.com
  2. Enter your email
  3. Click Next and then click the "?" next to the password field. This would take you to step number 2 in the above sequence. 
  4. If needed, your email address, the database (your database name) and then click "Ok". 
  5. After you do this a message will be sent to your email address with a link for you to reset your password.
  6. You can then log into the system by going to the following link (my.geotab.com/) and enter your credentials.
